Committee for Economy: a competitive selection is open for organizing exhibitions within the framework of the X International Economic Forum "Innovations. Investments. Prospects."

The open competitive selection is carried out in accordance with the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies dated August 23, 2012 No. 203 (as amended by the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies dated December 27, 2016 No. 172).

Organizer: Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Customer: Committee for Economy of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Information about the event: holding during the X International Economic Forum "Innovations. Investments. Prospects." (hereinafter referred to as the Forum):

1. online/offline exhibitions and expositions of scientific and technical achievements of the Vitebsk region, including:

 

• "Clusters - drivers of regional development";
• "Innovative prospects for the development of the Vitebsk region in industry, agriculture and other sectors";
• "Youth innovative business projects 'From idea to successful business'";
• "Innovative developments and innovative products of enterprises of the Vitebsk region";
• "Innovations in education" (on terms of co-financing).

 

• "Import substitution. Challenges. Solutions";
• "Investment and innovative factors and tools for export development";
• "Cluster model of innovative development: problems and prospects";
• "Free economic zones as a basis for increasing the innovative and investment activity of economic entities"

3. Subcontracting exchanges: IT sphere, industry, construction, metallurgy, food industry, transport and logistics, agriculture, consulting, entrepreneurship support infrastructure.

4. Other events:

• Exhibition of the region's districts "Vitebsk Export 2022";
• Round table of women entrepreneurs of the Vitebsk region and women entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation on the topic "Informal education of women entrepreneurs. Subcontracting through building communications and cooperation";
• Food product exhibition and fair (with tasting);
• Operation of panel discussions (on specific topics).

Event Date and Venue: July 15-16, 2022, Business Center "Zhurzhevsky" of the state institution "Administration of the Vitebsk Free Economic Zone" (Vitebsk, 1st Zhurzhevskaya St., 19 G).

Sources of financing: Innovation fund of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee (up to 50,000 rubles) and other funds not prohibited by legislation.

Requirements for participants of the open competitive selection:

- experience in organizing exhibitions, including international ones, including with the presentation of innovative projects – at least 5 years;

- condition for handing over the facility to the Customer – no later than 5:00 PM on July 14, 2022.

Funds from the innovation fund are directed to:

- expenses for renting premises, exhibition pavilions and equipment for holding Forum events (including co-financing);

- maintenance services for exhibition pavilions and event equipment (subject to co-financing);

- services for ensuring the operation of the interactive platform (subject to co-financing);

- expenses for the publication of the information and reference catalog "Innovations. Investments. Prospects." (at least 100 copies);

- provision of presentation and handout materials for science and technology events;

- other purposes (if necessary).

Other funds are directed to:

- expenses for renting premises, exhibition pavilions and equipment for the Forum events (subject to co-financing);

- services for ensuring the operation of the interactive platform (subject to co-financing);

- activities for the preparation of the information and reference catalog "Innovations. Investments. Prospects." for publication;

- transport services for the Forum participants to the event venues;

- expenses for the reception and service of foreign delegations;

- work on conducting the Forum events, preparing contracts, resolving organizational and other issues related to the organization and conduct of the Forum events;

- other purposes (if necessary).

Documents submitted for participation:

- application for participation in the open competitive selection with justification for the need to allocate funds from the innovation fund and the directions of their use;

- certificate of state registration of the enterprise (organization);

- documents confirming the economic and financial situation of the organization;

- information confirming the experience in organizing exhibitions, including international ones;

- preliminary estimate of the use of funds;

- other documents and materials related to the implementation of the event.

Deadlines and place for submission of documents: documents for participation in the open competitive selection are accepted from the moment of publication of this announcementuntil 10:00 on June 22, 2022at the address: Vitebsk, Gogol St., 6, Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Economics Committee, office No. 307. 

Documents received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

The allocation of funds from the innovation fund of the regional executive committee is carried out on a non-repayable basis and is carried out through the state treasury bodies upon completion of work (provision of services) after the preparation and submission of the final cost estimate.

During the open competitive selection, the commission, when determining the winners, is guided by the criteria of the best quality of event execution and the lowest price, as well as possible economic, social, and other advantages of the events.

The commission's decision on the selection of the Event Winner is made by open voting by a majority of votes of the commission members present at the meeting and is formalized by the minutes of the commission meeting.

The results of the competitive selection are published on the official website of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee within 3 working days from the date of the decision on the selection of the Winner.
