Committee of Economy: Participation in the international industrial exhibition INNOPROM was fruitful for the enterprises of the Vitebsk region

Participation in the international industrial exhibition INNOPROM in Yekaterinburg was fruitful for the enterprises of the Vitebsk region. Additional agreements, five contracts, and a memorandum were signed, and there are preliminary agreements on organizing product supplies, as reported by the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Economy Committee.
"A total of 13 enterprises from our region participated in INNOPROM, as planned. Among them were organizations of republican subordination, as well as those without departmental subordination. One of the region's universities, Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk, also presented its developments. It reached an agreement on the production of educational VR content for a partner from Russia. The parties also discussed the intermediate results of a scientific study on the anticorrosive properties of oil additives," the committee explained.

Polotsk-Steklovolokno OJSC, which presented its products as part of the Belneftekhim concern's joint stand, concluded an additional agreement to an existing contract with a Russian partner and two protocols with other enterprises of the neighboring country. These documents will allow the organization to increase the supply volumes of fiberglass products to the regions of Russia.

The Novopolotsk Plant of Technological Metal Structures reached a preliminary agreement with partners on the supply of grating and on purchasing rolled metal and paints and varnishes from them. The oil refining enterprise returned with new contracts: 4 documents for the supply of high-pressure polyethylene. Orsha Linen Mill concluded a contract and a memorandum with two Russian firms.

Other enterprises in the district center have preliminary agreements on concluding a contract in August and on exchanging commercial proposals.

"An important event at the INNOPROM international industrial exhibition in Yekaterinburg was the signing of an agreement on international and foreign economic relations in the industrial sector between the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Chechen Republic and the Committee for Economy of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. The parties signed the document on July 11 at the National Pavilion of Belarus," the committee noted.
