Committee for Economy: Vitebsk region significantly exceeded the target indicators of socio-economic development

The region's economy shows growth in all key sectors. The gross regional product growth rate was 103.7 percent.

Positive dynamics are ensured by both the production sphere: construction (112.3%), manufacturing industry (106.5%), agriculture, forestry, and fishing (104.1%), and the service sphere: wholesale and retail trade (107.6%), information and communication (103.7%), transport (102%).

Investments are growing significantly above the forecast. Approximately 2.7 billion rubles of investments were attracted to the region's economy, and 222 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned.

Enterprises in the region received over 26 billion rubles in revenue from the sale of products, works, and services.

The effective performance of the real sector has ensured an increase in nominal accrued wages by 19.3% and real wages by 12.9%.
