State Property Committee: Archive and warehouse in Glubokoye sold at auction for the base value

The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has sold unused archive and warehouse buildings in Glubokoye. The properties were put up for auction with a starting price equal to two base units. A resident of Glubokoye acquired the properties at this price.

The new owner plans to open a car service center here and use part of the premises for storage. According to the auction terms, the buyer is given 2 years to organize entrepreneurial activities.

This auction has become the 81st successful one this year, with the state budget replenished by 2.5 million rubles. This significantly exceeds the results for the first 7 months of last year, when there were 65 successful auctions totaling 1.8 million rubles.

The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has announced 51 auctions for August, including 16 auctions at the base unit price.
