State Property Committee: Former school in Liozno district sold at auction for the basic rate

The complex of former school buildings in the agro-town of Yakubowshchyna, Liozna district, including the school building built in 1967, as well as a boiler house, workshop, canteen, landscaping facilities, and heating network, was sold at auction for a base value.

The property had been on the market since 2018, and during this period it was put up for auction 11 times.

Ultimately, the school was sold for 152 Belarusian rubles to a sole buyer – a private enterprise from Liozna. In the future, the new owner plans to establish a peasant farm here. They intend not only to grow agricultural products but also to engage in sheep farming.
