State Property Committee: in the Vitebsk region, the amount of funds received from the sale of unused state property this year increased tenfold compared to last year
The buildings of a cowshed, a fattening yard, a dairy unit, and an artesian well, located near the village of Romanishki, Postavy district, were sold by the committee on March 31 at an auction for the base price to a sole buyer – a peasant farmstead from the same settlement. In the future, the facilities will be used in agricultural production.
Previously, the dairy farm complex had been put up for auction three times at the appraised value and with a reduced sale price, but there were no buyers.
Over 3 months last year, the committee sold 18 properties for 158 thousand rubles.
Over 3 months this year, 33 properties were successfully sold at auction. This has not only put idle state property to use in the economy but also replenished the state budget by more than 1.5 million rubles – which is 10 times higher than the same indicator last year.
For April, the committee has already scheduled 55 auctions. Buyers may be interested in properties in Vitebsk – on April 7, 13 such properties will be offered.
Among them are a cultural object on Krasnobrigadnaya Street in Vitebsk, facilities of the former winery on Pokrovskaya Street, a former school on Klubny Lane, administrative buildings on Gorky and Zaslonov Streets, and a former residential building on Gagarin Street.
