State Property Committee: 7 real estate objects sold at auctions in the first half of July this year

Thus, 3 of the sold properties are cultural sites. These include the buildings of the music school in Surazh, Vitebsk district, the cultural and sports center of the agro-town of Ozertsy, Gluboksky district, and the library in the village of Prudniki, Gorodok district. In addition, July auctions also saw the sale of a technical storage facility in Novopolotsk, a post office building in the village of Babynichi, Polotsk district, a non-residential building in Postavy, and an unfinished construction object in Barani, Orsha district.

The winners of all auctions were citizens or economic entities of the Republic of Belarus. The new owners of the acquired real estate plan to carry out reconstruction of the buildings with their further use for economic activities or as housing.

One of the priority areas of work for the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" committee in involving vacant buildings and structures into circulation is their sale to potential investors through auction sales.

At the same time, this year, based on the results of the first half of the year, the Vitebsk region leads in the number of properties sold at auctions. In total, as of 15.07.2022, the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" committee has sold 69 real estate objects for a total amount of 2 million 375 thousand rubles.
