State Property Committee: 62 unused real estate objects sold in six months for over 2 million rubles
In just 6 months of 2022, 62 real estate objects were put into economic circulation through auction sales.
This also allowed for replenishing the state budget by 2290 thousand rubles, which exceeds last year's figures – 59 objects for 1717 thousand rubles.
Objects offered at the base price are becoming the most in-demand – if 34 such objects were sold last year, this year there are already 45.
The largest number of sold objects are social sphere facilities (former kindergartens, schools) – 19 objects were sold. Production facilities are also in demand – 13 sold, agricultural – 12, shops – 8.
The sanatorium in Braslav became the most expensive object sold by the committee this year, and at the same time, it became the first object this year to be sold at auction without a reduction in the starting sale price. Thus, on June 6, at an auction, a complex of sanatorium buildings located in the center of Braslav, in a pine forest on a plot between two lakes, was acquired for 630 thousand rubles by a private organization from Minsk.
For July, the committee has already announced 52 auctions for the sale of unused state property. Among them are 8 schools, 6 post offices, 5 administrative buildings, 3 shops. 11 real estate objects are offered for auction at the base price.
The building located in the very center of Polotsk on Freedom Square at 1A Francis Skorina Avenue may arouse the greatest interest. Initially, it was built as an extension to a children's art school. Subsequently, it was transferred to the city hospital – a polyclinic was planned to be located there.
Unlike neighboring buildings with historical and cultural value status, this is a new object – its construction was completed in 2017. The auction for it is scheduled for July 12 with a starting sale price of 313 thousand rubles.
