State Property Committee: A recreation center in the Glubokoye district and a pioneer camp in the Vitebsk district were sold at auctions

This year, the country recreation center "Podsvilje", located in a picturesque spot on Lake Plisa in the Gluboksky district, attracted the greatest interest from buyers – on November 17, as many as 8 buyers vied for the lot.

The 2-story recreation center, built in 1986, is in good, well-maintained condition. Previously, it was on the balance sheet of the Vitebskenergo enterprise and was used until the end of 2020 for visitor recreation, mainly during the summer period.

As a result, the country recreation center was put up for auction with a 50% reduction in its estimated value and was sold on the 12th auction step for 181,829 rubles to a resident of Minsk. In the future, the facility will be used for housing.

Also on this day, the committee sold the former health resort "Berezka", located in the Vitebsk district near the village of Bukatino. The "Berezka" camp, which was on the balance sheet of the joint-stock company "Krasny Oktyabr", includes an administrative building, 5 dormitory buildings, 3 staff buildings, a club, an isolation ward, a shower room with a hydrotherapy unit, a boiler room with an artesian well and networks.

The health resort hosted children for recreation from 1966 to 2014. In 2019, a decision was made to sell it. During this time, it had already been put up for auction 6 times, including 2 times at the base price.

As a result, the camp was sold at auction at the base price to a single buyer – a private organization from Vitebsk. The new owner plans to establish a recreation center here with phased reconstruction of the facilities.

This auction was the 92nd successful one this year. Moreover, in terms of the number of facilities being put into economic circulation, the Vitebsk region leads among the regions of the republic.
