State Property Committee: Boiler house in Postavy and repair workshop in Ushachy district sold for the basic unit

The repair workshop building, with a total area of 1002 sq. m., including a warehouse and a canopy, located in the village of Mosar, Ushachi district, was put up for auction by the Vitebsk Obliмущеstvo committee for the first time, starting from the base price. The workshop was acquired by the sole buyer – an individual entrepreneur from Minsk. In the future, a woodworking production facility will be opened on the basis of the workshop.

The boiler house building, with an area of 74 sq. m., located on the shore of the lake in Postavy, was also put up for auction at the base price. Previously, it had been put up for auction 6 times unsuccessfully, both at the estimated cost and with a price reduction. As a result, the boiler house was sold to the sole buyer – an individual entrepreneur from Postavy. In the future, a bathhouse will be opened here.

Objects put up for auction at the base price continue to be the most in demand – such objects account for 62% this year.
