State Property Committee: shares of 30 enterprises in the Vitebsk region are offered for sale in 2022
When preparing the list, the committee proceeded from the following principle – to retain in the region's ownership packages of shares in the amount of 50% + 1 share.
Share packages, the size of which is less than the specified volume, are offered for sale to potential investors in the manner prescribed by law at auctions.
In addition, it is provided that the size of the share packages offered for sale may be changed taking into account specific proposals from investors that meet the interests of business entities and the Vitebsk region.
Out of the 30 enterprises offered – 21 operate profitably, having finished the past year with a profit, and stably pay dividends.
The highest dividends were paid last year by JSC "Vitebsk Motor Repair Plant", JSC "Evistor Plant", JSC "Construction Trust No. 9 of Vitebsk", JSC "Keramika".
In the past year 2021, investors showed interest in JSC "Keramika" and JSC "Savings Bank "Belarusbank", whose shares were valued and put up for auction, which proved to be unsuccessful. In the near future, the committee plans to put them up for auction again.

It should be noted that shares of 14 enterprises in the Vitebsk region, for example, shares of JSC "Vitebsk Motor Repair Plant", can be exchanged for "Imushchestvo" ("Property") vouchers held by citizens.
The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee reminds that the term of validity of vouchers expires on December 31, 2022.
