State Property Committee: Former hospital in Vitebsk sold at auction for the base value
Due to the relocation of the hospital department to the Babinichi psycho-neurological boarding house for the elderly and disabled, the building ceased to be used from October 2017. During this period, the hospital was put up for auction 5 times, but no buyers were found.
For the auction announced on October 20 for a base unit, there were 2 potential buyers. During the bidding, the hospital building was sold for 374 rubles to an individual buyer, a resident of the Vitebsk region.
The new owner plans to place medical facilities here after reconstruction.
This auction was the 89th successful one this year. Objects put up for auction for a base unit are still in the greatest demand among buyers – such objects account for more than 60% of those sold.
