State Property Committee: Kindergarten in Vitebsk District Sold at Auction

A two-story kindergarten building with an area of 565 sq. m, located in the agro-town of Zadubrovye, Vitebsk region, was put up for auction at a base price. 2 buyers claimed this price.

The kindergarten had been accepting children since 1978. However, due to the fact that in 2016 there were only 12 pupils in Zadubrovye, a decision was made to close it and involve the building in economic circulation by selling it. During this time, the kindergarten was unsuccessfully put up for auction 11 times.

As a result, at the 41st step of the auction, the kindergarten was sold for 8037 rubles to a resident of Vitebsk. The new owner plans to use it for housing. According to the terms of sale, he must carry out the reconstruction of the facility within two years.
