On August 19, an auction was held where the committee sold the House of Culture building in the village of Pishchalovo, Orsha district. The House of Culture, previously owned by the agricultural enterprise "Mezhevo-Agro", was put up for auction for the first time, starting at the base price.
As a result, the House of Culture was sold for 30 rubles to a single buyer, a well-known resident of Orsha – Marina Gurbanova, who is a laureate of the regional competition "Woman of the Year 2019" in the nomination "Village Mistress". The buyer plans to turn it into a rural estate and open a museum of peasant life there.
