State Property Committee: Investor from Latvia has purchased the 3rd real estate object at auction this year

The building of the former kindergarten in the agro-town of Krivoye Selo, Shumilino district, was sold at auction. A citizen of Latvia acquired it for 1 base unit. The kindergarten will subsequently be used as housing. The facility also includes a workshop, a rabbit hutch, a material storage, a boiler room, and landscaping elements.

This kindergarten is the third property the buyer has acquired at auctions held by the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee this year. The buyer intends to organize the production of export-oriented goods at the previously acquired properties.

The committee has announced another 55 auctions for the sale of unused real estate properties for the second half of September, of which 14 are for a base unit, and on September 30, a package of Belarussbank shares will be offered with a 50% price reduction.
