State Property Committee: Shop and school in Chashniki district sold at auction for the base value

The shop building in the village of Zhuchki, Chashniki district, was sold by the committee at auction to a single buyer for the base price. Prior to this, the shop had been put up for auction 4 times without success. The new owner is an individual, a resident of the urban-type settlement of Chashniki, who plans to carry out reconstruction and use the facility for personal subsidiary farming.

The school building complex in the village of Antopolye, Chashniki district, was also sold at auction for the base price to a single buyer – an individual entrepreneur from Shumilino district. The sold property includes a two-story school building, an dormitory building, and a boiler house, with a total area of over 3.5 thousand sq. m. The school had been put up for sale since 2016 – during this period, it was put up for auction 12 times, including 8 times for the base price.

It should be noted that this year, properties that could not be sold for many years are finding new owners. Thus, the school became the fifth property sold this year out of those that have been on sale by the committee for more than 3 years.
