State Property Committee: Shop in Chashniki Sold for Basic Rate

The committee sold the shop building at Lunacharskogo St., 114 in Chashniki at auction for 30 rubles to a resident of Vitebsk. The shop building previously belonged to the public services enterprise "Chashnichanka" and was put up for auction for the 5th time, this time for the base value. In the future, there will be a private grocery store here.

To date, shops in the Polotsk district (Vetrino urban settlement, Kozyany village), in the Shumilino district (Mikhailovo village, Tsev'i village, Noviki village, Berkovichi village, Polkovichi village, Obol' urban settlement, Ambrosovichi agro-town) can still be purchased for the base value.
