State Property Committee: 2 unused buildings sold at auction in Polotsk and Miory district.
On auction, citizens of the Republic of Belarus purchased 2 unused non-residential buildings: a forge building in Polotsk (put up for auction for the first time) and a manor house in the village of Osada Dedino, Miory district (put up for auction three times since 2010) for the base value.
The new owner of the acquired real estate in Polotsk plans to use it for their production activities after the building's reconstruction. The new owner of the manor house in Miory district, a historical and cultural heritage object, undertakes to sign a protection agreement and use the complex for the creation of social, cultural, educational or service facilities.

As a result, this year the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has already held 66 successful auctions, at which 72 properties were sold for a total amount of over 1.9 million rubles.
