State Property Committee: 2 unused buildings sold at auction in Vitebsk and Ushachi district
The auction sold 2 unused non-residential buildings: a carpentry workshop building in Vitebsk at the appraised value and a club-library building in the village of Zavechellye, Ushachi District, for the basic rate. The buildings were put up for auction for the first time.
As a result, this year the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" committee has already held 65 successful auctions, at which 70 properties were sold for a total amount of over 1.9 million rubles.
The auction winners were citizens of the Republic of Belarus, with a total purchase amount of 20,230.21 rubles.
The new owners of the acquired real estate plan to renovate the purchased buildings and use them in their production activities.
