State Property Committee: An unused building in the Senno district was sold at auction

On July 20, an unused classroom building of the Sennenskoye District Unitary Housing and Communal Services Enterprise was sold at auction. The facility is located in the village of Zavetnoye. The starting auction price was the basic rate. The building was put up for auction for the 2nd time; the object began to be sold in November 2020.

Two participants were registered for the announced auction. The building was sold to the auction winner, a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, for 374 rubles, who plans to reconstruct it into housing.

This auction was the 60th successful one this year, during which a total of 63 objects were sold for a total amount of 1889.2 thousand rubles, including 36 objects sold at the basic rate.
