State Property Committee: An agro-estate with a park area and a clownarium will be established on the basis of a former school in the Gluboksky district

On August 24, the complex of buildings of the former school in the village of Zyabki, Gluboksky district, including the school buildings with extensions, a greenhouse, a workshop, and a canteen, were sold at auction.

The school had been put up for auction since 2017, and only the 9th auction was successful. As a result, the property was sold for 6 base units to a single buyer.

The new owner is an Honored Artist of Russia, the author and creator of "Clownarium," and the artistic director of the "Global Circus" group. After participating in the Cherry Festival in Glubokoye, he really liked the local area and decided to open something unusual and attractive here.

In the future, they plan to open a farmstead and create a children's entertainment park zone with elements of land art and a clownarium. The new owner is confident that this will attract tourists to the Glubokoye region not only from Belarus.
