State Property Committee: Two objects of OJSC "KIM" found a new owner at the last auction of the year

On December 30, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee sold an unused administrative building in the village of Yakovlevichi, Orsha District, which was put up for auction for the 7th time.

The administrative building was sold for the base value to a citizen of the Russian Federation. The new owner plans to organize handicraft activities here and use part of the premises for an exhibition.

The warehouse building of the former OJSC "KIM" with an area of 3.5 thousand sq. m, built in 1961 and reconstructed in 2017, has already been put up for auction 3 times with a phased reduction in cost.

On December 30, it was put up for sale with a 80% price reduction and was sold for 126,751 rubles to the sole buyer – a private enterprise from Vitebsk.

At the last auction of 2021, the committee sold the checkpoint building, which also previously belonged to the "KIM" factory.

The checkpoint building, built back in 1931, was also put up for auction again with an 80% price reduction. 2 buyers were interested in this price.

During the bidding, it was sold for 22,800 rubles to an individual, a resident of Vitebsk.

For the remaining unused facilities of the "KIM" factory, all options for their involvement in economic circulation are being considered, including

gratuitous transfer to private ownership for the implementation of an investment project.

The KIM checkpoint building became the 120th facility sold by the committee at auction this year, of which 68 facilities were put up for auction for the base value.

This allowed not only to involve property in the economic development of the region, but also to replenish the state budget by almost 3 million rubles.

The outgoing year has been very productive for the Vitebsk region. In 2021, our region was a leader in the number of facilities involved in economic circulation – objects sold at auctions, leased, and gratuitously transferred to investors.

At the same time, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee is considering additional opportunities to increase the efficiency of state property use.

A new way to involve property in economic circulation has been its sale at auction using

of the Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center's e-commerce platform. This may be relevant in connection with the epidemiological situation.

Thus, the first assets sold by the committee using the e-commerce platform were two assets in the Polotsk district, which were sold on December 27 for the base value.

In order to increase the efficiency and activate the work of local executive committees in involving unused property in economic circulation, at the suggestion of the committee, the possibility is being considered of directing funds subject to transfer to the republican budget, received from the alienation of this property, to the budget of the corresponding city/district executive committee (at the location of the alienated property).

These funds can be used for the registration of title documents, as well as for the valuation of property and its preparation for sale.
