State Property Committee: Unfinished brick factory in Barani sold at auction for the base value

Brick factory is an unfinished construction object with a readiness level of 70% and a construction volume of 103,000 cubic meters. The object was put up for auction by the committee at a base price. There were two buyers for this price. During the bidding, at the 43rd step of the auction, the factory was sold for 10068 rubles to an individual, a resident of Orsha.

The buyer must organize entrepreneurial activity on its basis within three years. The new owner plans to organize a processing production.

The committee also sold the rural club building in the village of Gili, Chashniksky district. The club building, built in 1969, with an area of 132 sq.m., was sold for 958 rubles to a single buyer – an individual from Novolukoml. The new owner plans to use the object for housing.

For reference: according to the results of the 4 months of this year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee held 36 successful auctions. The state budget was replenished by 1558287 rubles. For May, the committee has already announced 42 auctions, including 28 auctions with an initial price equal to one base value.
