State Property Committee: Almost 300 buildings are offered to investors free of charge for the implementation of investment projects

The Committee "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" together with district executive committees has determined a list of objects in the region that can be offered to investors free of charge for the implementation of investment projects, or these objects can be put up for auction with an initial price equal to one base value.

This list includes 110 real estate objects, including 297 buildings.

Also, in accordance with the proposals of the executive committees, the committee has determined a new list of production sites for the creation of new or expansion of existing production facilities – 98 sites are currently offered.

Seven sites offered for production development are part of the FEZ "Vitebsk" and SEZ "Bremno-Orsha", which implies the possibility of obtaining resident status and implementing investment projects in a preferential regime. Most of the land plots are provided with the condition of organizing production activities at the discretion of the potential investor.
