State Property Committee: Production base in Vitebsk sold on the 28th attempt

The unused production facility at 5 Shumilinskaya Street, Vitebsk, was put up for auction for the 28th time. Attempts to sell it had been unsuccessful since 2015 – it was offered 7 times with a 20% price reduction, 4 times with a 50% reduction, and 8 times with an 80% reduction.

Previously, the facility belonged to the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Railway District. It includes an administrative building with an area of 138 sq. m, a warehouse with an area of 297 sq. m, and a sanitary cabin with an area of 4 sq. m.

One buyer was found for the auction announced on July 7 with an 80% price reduction – a resident of Vitebsk, to whom it was sold for 41,379 rubles.

This auction was the 58th successful one this year. Objects offered at the base price continue to be in the highest demand – there were 34 such auctions.
