State Property Committee: Administrative and хозяйственное building in Vitebsk sold on the 4th attempt

The unused administrative and utility building located at: Vitebsk, K. Marx St., 2 (former dormitory of RUP "Vitebsk Branch of Belarusian Railway") was put up for auction for the 4th time, the object began to be sold in April 2021.

Two participants were registered for the auction announced on July 15, with a reduction of the initial sale price of the real estate by 80%. The building, with the right to conclude a land lease agreement, was sold to the winner of the auction, a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, for 129870 rubles.

This auction was the 59th successful one this year, during which a total of 62 objects were sold for a total amount of 1888.8 thousand rubles. Objects offered at the base rate continue to be in highest demand – there were 34 such auctions.
