State Property Committee: School in Gorodok District Sold at Auction for Base Value
Unused school building
in the village of Kholomer'ye, Horadok District, was sold on September 9 at auction for
the base price. The school had been put up for sale since 2017, during which time it was
put up for auction 8 times. Ultimately, the school was sold for 121 rubles to the sole
buyer – an individual, a resident of the Moscow region of the Russian Federation.
In the future, it is planned to open an agro-estate here.
The checkpoint building, located near the M1 highway in the village of Zhabiki, Dubroŭna District, was sold at auction with a price reduction of 80%. The checkpoint building was put up for auction for the 4th time and was sold for 5659 rubles to the sole buyer – a private organization from the Orša District. It is planned to house an insurance company office here.
