State Property Committee: warehouses in Novolukoml, sold for a base value, will be used for gravel production

88th successful auction was held at the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, where two warehouses for bulk materials in Novolukoml were sold for two basic units.

The warehouses, previously on the balance sheet of Chashnik PMK-71, were put up for auction for the 4th time this year. As a result, they were sold for two basic units to the neighboring ceramic gravel plant. The new owner will use the acquired facilities in its production activities.

This year, the amount of funds raised from the sale of state property at auction amounted to more than 2.1 million rubles. This allowed not only to replenish the state budget but also to involve unused state property in economic circulation. Objects put up for auction for a basic unit remain the most in demand. There were 54 such auctions, which is 60% of all successful ones.
