State Property Committee: Administrative building and transformer substation sold at auction in Orsha
Further successful auctions were held at the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee. Unused state property objects in the Orsha district were sold.
A transformer substation built in 1958, with an area of 52 sq. m., located in Orsha on the territory of the former reinforced concrete structures plant, was put up for auction for the 3rd time this year. This time it was offered with an 80% reduction in estimated value. There were 2 buyers for this price. During the bidding, at the 10th auction step, the transformer substation was sold for 7900 rubles to an individual, a resident of Orsha. In the future, it is planned to open a car service station here.
A 2-story administrative building in the village of Dachnaya, Orsha district, with a total area of 603 sq. m., built in 1971, was also put up for auction with an 80% price reduction and was sold for 26844 rubles to a single buyer.
The new owner is a private transport company from the same settlement, which plans to use the building in its production activities as an administrative корпус.
This auction was the 89th successful one this year. The amount of funds raised from the sale of state property at auctions amounted to 2.4 million rubles.
