State Property Committee: Vitebsk region is first in the number of assets involved in economic circulation
Very actively throughout the Vitebsk region, the process of involving unused state property in economic circulation is underway.
In 2021 alone, 103 unused properties were sold at auction or transferred to investors – the best indicator among the country's regions. Of the 12 properties planned for transfer this year for investment projects, 10 have already been transferred. This is also the highest indicator in the republic.
In the Polotsk region, active work is underway with investors; here, they are engaged in involving property in economic circulation using all possible methods. This year, 18 properties have been put up for sale, of which 4 have already been sold; property transfer for investment projects is also being used. There are already completed projects, as well as 15 that are still in the implementation stage.
For all interested parties, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, together with district executive committees, has prepared a list of real estate properties (http://www.fondgosim.vitebsk.by/property/invest2021.pdf) in the region that can be transferred free of charge to investors for the implementation of investment projects. The list of properties can be found on the websites of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee.
