State Property Committee: 32 unused facilities of Vitebskoblavtotrans identified

In fulfillment of the instruction from the leadership of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" committee, together with OJSC "Vitebskoblavtotrans", conducted an inspection of the real estate objects owned by the joint-stock company.

Based on the results of the inspection, 23 unused and 9 ineffectively used real estate objects were identified.

OJSC "Vitebskoblavtotrans" has determined the methods and deadlines for involving this property in economic circulation.

These objects are proposed for lease and sale at auction. Part of the objects are planned to be transferred to communal ownership for residential development.
