State Property Committee: The ice house of the former manor estate in the Liozno district was sold at auction for the base value
Previously, in the village of Adamanki, Liozno district, there was an estate of Guards Colonel Alexander Ignatovich Shibeiko, which was built at the end of the 19th century.
Shibeiko was a well-known local landowner who built a railway here. In 1900, the estate was lost in cards, and Nikolai Dmitrievich Khlyustin became the new owner. Khlyustin was an interesting gambler – for example, he won a bet by covering the distance Vitebsk–Liozno on his horses faster than the train. Subsequently, after the revolution of 1917, the estate was destroyed, only the ice house building remained.

The ice house was put up for auction for the first time, starting at the base price. As a result, the object was sold for 30 rubles to the sole buyer – a resident of Liozno, who plans to open a farmstead here.
Also at the auction, garages in Vitebsk on Chkalov St., 4th were sold. The garage building with an area of 127 sq. m. was put up for auction for the 4th time, this time with a price reduction of 80%. As a result, the garages were sold for 26752 rubles to the sole buyer – a resident of Vitebsk, who plans to continue to house his vehicles here, without changing the purpose of the building.
