State Property Committee: 2 unused buildings sold at auction in the Gluboksky district

On auction, 2 unused former school buildings located in the village of Suklino, Plissa village council, and the village of Urozhaynaya, Golubichi village council, Glubokoye district, were sold with an initial price set at one base value. The school building in the village of Suklino was put up for auction in June 2019, and the building in the village of Urozhaynaya – since September 2014.

The winner of both auctions, for one of which two participants were registered, was the head of a peasant farm. The total purchase amount is 1373.45 rubles. The new owner of the acquired real estate plans to carry out the reconstruction of one building for its use in economic activities, and the second building – with the condition of demolition.

This year, this auction has become the 63rd successful one. A total of 67 objects were sold for a total amount of 1890.8 thousand rubles, including 40 objects – at the base value.
