Committee on Labor, Employment and Social Protection: on the calculated norm of working time for 2022
By Resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection dated October 20, 2021 No. 70, the calculated working time norm for a five-day and six-day working week in 2022 has been established.
The calculated working time norm for 2022, with a full working day duration, will be:
- for a five-day working week with Saturdays and Sundays as days off – 2037 hours;
- for a six-day working week with Sunday as a day off – 2038 hours.
The calculated working time norm for 2022 is established based on the full working time duration of 40 hours per week and is calculated for:
- of a five-day working week based on a daily working hours duration of 8 hours on working days, and 7 hours on working days immediately preceding public holidays;
- of a six-day working week based on a daily working hours duration of 7 hours on working days from Monday to Friday, 5 hours on Saturdays, and 6 and 4 hours respectively on working days immediately preceding public holidays.
