Committee for Labor, Employment and Social Protection: interim results of the safety month during the sowing campaign have been summarized
In accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, a month of ensuring safe working conditions during the preparation and conduct of spring field work is being held in the region.
Mobile groups inspected 58 organizations and 143 objects of the agro-industrial complex, where 636 violations of legislative requirements in the field of safe labor were identified.
The main violations are related to non-compliance with the requirements for safe operation of machinery and repair of agricultural machinery.
In 5 farms, the examination of machine operators and drivers was carried out without a breathalyzer.
Work was organized without personal protective equipment in Sennensky, Rosson, Verkhnedvinsky, and Gorodok districts.
Numerous violations were identified in the organizations of the agro-industrial complex of Postavsky, Dubrovensky, Shumilinsky, and Chashniksky districts.
Based on the results of the work of the mobile groups, the operation of 60 units of equipment was suspended, the production of 11 types of work was prohibited, and 43 employees were suspended from work.
Through the adoption of organizational and disciplinary measures, some violations were eliminated, as they did not require material costs.
Specialists of the sanitary-epidemiological service of the region conducted control and supervisory measures for compliance with the working conditions of agricultural enterprise employees.
The measures covered 55 entities and 91 objects, of which violations were identified in 51 entities (or 93%) and in 81 objects (or 89%).
The largest share consists of violations related to the condition of the territory, production, and sanitary facilities.
Based on the results of the supervisory measures, 26 orders (recommendations) for the elimination of violations were issued to the heads of organizations. 4 administrative offense reports were drawn up.
Work on conducting preventive measures during the sowing campaign will be continued.
