In order to enhance the competitiveness of citizens in the labor market, with the assistance of labor, employment and social protection bodies, training has been organized for 280 citizens.

The most in-demand professions for citizen training were electrician, forklift driver, plumber, cook, salesperson, and tractor driver. Unemployed individuals also completed the training course "Fundamentals of Business Planning," after which 41 individuals who underwent training received subsidies to start their own businesses.

261 unemployed individuals were directed to training, including 192 unemployed individuals "on demand" from employers with a guarantee of employment.

More than 73 percent of the citizens directed to training were trained with a guarantee of employment, including as salespersons and cooks at "Vitebskmolomprom" OJSC, "Nika" OJSC, "Vitmil" OJSC, and as plumbers at the State Enterprise "ZhRET of Vitebsk".

Training has been organized for 3 citizens who are caring for a child under the age of 3.

In order to provide practical assistance to citizens in choosing a profession, changing their occupation, and improving their qualifications, taking into account personal aptitudes, interests, and labor market needs, labor, employment, and social protection bodies provide career guidance services to citizens who apply. Approximately one thousand students from general secondary education institutions have been covered by various career guidance activities.
