Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: recreation center in Polotsk district sold at auction

On December 13, the committee sold an unused recreation center located in a picturesque place on the shore of Lake Suya in the Polotsk district.

During the auction, the price increased more than 2 times and amounted to 81,449 rubles. The winner of the auction, a resident of Polotsk, plans to carry out a complete reconstruction of all facilities and create a new modern comfortable base for active recreation.

This auction was the 124th successful one this year. This allowed not only to involve unused state property in economic circulation but also to replenish the state budget by more than 3.5 million rubles.
