Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: the former estate of A.A. Rimsky-Korsakov in the Polotsk district was sold at auction for the basic rate
The former estate of Rimsky-Korsakov in the village of Bezdedovichi, Polotsk district, was put up for auction for the 5th time, this time on June 28 – for the base price.
The estate was built in the early 20th century by a landowner from Tver, a relative of the famous composer. The manor house is located very favorably – on a hill right in the center of the estate ensemble. In recent years, the walls of the estate housed a nursing hospital.
Two buyers claimed the lot, and during the bidding, at the 33rd step of the auction, the former estate was sold for 5471 rubles to an individual entrepreneur from Novopolotsk. The new owner plans to open a hospice here.
Also on June 28, a production base in Beshenkovichi was sold, which was put up for auction for the first time – immediately for the base price.
