Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: Woodworking workshop in Vitebsk sold at auction

The 1969-built woodworking shop building (area 2022 sq.m., located in Vitebsk at 3-y Chepinskoy St., 41) was put up for auction for the 5th time, this time at a base price. There were two buyers for this price. During the bidding, the price increased 420 times, and at the 44th auction step, the property was sold for 12,222 rubles to a Vitebsk private enterprise. In the future, it is planned to open a furniture production facility here.

Also put up for auction at a base price was the 1964-built kindergarten building (area 144 sq.m., located in the agro-town of Belkovshchina, Verkhnedvinsk district). There was only one buyer for the kindergarten building – a private agricultural enterprise from this settlement, to which it was sold. In the future, it is planned to open a dormitory in this building.

This property became the 52nd object sold by the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee at auction this year. Objects put up for auction at a base price continue to be in the greatest demand – there have already been 30 such objects this year.
