Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: 18th-century palace and estate in Sharkovshchyna district offered to investors free of charge

One of the most interesting offers that the Sharkovshchina district is ready to transfer to an investor free of charge for the implementation of an investment project is the Plater Count's Estate Complex in the village of Gorodets, built in the 18th century.

Its visit in Gorodets is included in tours of the Vitebsk region, sightseeing tours of Belarus, ecological routes, and children's excursion programs.

The estate includes the residential house of Count Plater, which has been restored and is in good condition, as well as a wing, an entrance gate, a forge, animal enclosures, a chapel, and a picturesque park.

Among the objects offered for sale at auction, one can note the "Yunost" sports and recreation complex in the village of Bildyugi, which can also be used for organizing production. The building of the complex, built in 1991 with an area of 409 sq. m., has been reconstructed and is in good condition. The object is put up for sale on October 20 for only one base value (32 rubles).

Also, a school in the village of Radyuki may become an interesting object for investors. The complex includes two school buildings, a gym, a dining room, and landscaping facilities. The school can be used both for organizing production, including woodworking and furniture manufacturing, and for setting up a recreation center. The complex of facilities is offered to investors on November 10 with a price reduction of 80% – for 7978 rubles.
