Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: Vitebskoblgaz gas filling station in Verkhnedvinsk sold at auction

The liquefied petroleum gas filling station, built in 2005 with landscaping facilities, had been attempted to be sold since 2017, and only the 7th announced auction was successful, when the sale price was reduced by 80%. There were 2 buyers for this price. During the bidding, at the 21st step of the auction, the liquefied petroleum gas filling station was sold for 50,300 rubles to a private organization from Polotsk.

Today, the filling stations located in Vitebsk at the end of Moskovsky Prospekt, as well as in Lepel and Tolochin, have not yet found their buyers. All objects are in very good condition.

Also on February 25, an administrative building – the former collective farm administration in the village of Belevo, Orsha district – was sold. Only the 5th auction was successful, when the starting price was set at one base value. As a result, the administrative building was sold for 30 rubles to a resident of Barani for business development.

In the current year, in the Vitebsk region, objects put up for auction for a base value and with a price reduction of 80% continue to be in the greatest demand.

As of today, the committee has prepared and the leadership of the regional executive committee has approved a list of unused and inefficiently used objects planned for sale this year.

In total, in 2021, it is planned to put up for auction and sell 365 unused objects, of which 130 will be put up for sale for the first time.

Among the proposed objects, one can note the former winery and furniture factory in Vitebsk, the hotel in Orsha, and the educational building of the polytechnic college in Novopolotsk.
