Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: the ROVD building in Vitebsk and other unused state property objects are offered for sale
The most expensive property sold in November was the "Devino" recreation center, located on the shore of Lake Devinskoye in the Orsha district. A private Vitebsk enterprise bought it for 200 thousand rubles. In the future, after its reconstruction, it is planned to organize service activities here.
In total, over 11 months of this year, 149 unused state property objects have been put into economic circulation by sale at auction. The state budget has been replenished by 2.25 million rubles.
The "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" committee has also planned many auctions for the sale of unused state property for December.
The administrative building on Krasnobrigadnaya Street in Vitebsk and the post station in the Senno district are being re-auctioned.
The site of the winery on Pokrovskaya Street in Vitebsk is also offered. For the winery, a decision has been made to reduce the price by 80%. Previously, it was offered several times with a price reduction of 30%.
Among the new objects in December, the building at 30 Suvorova Street in Vitebsk, which also has the status of a historical and cultural value object, may attract the greatest interest.
In Soviet times, the division headquarters of the Airborne Forces was located here. Since 1992, the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs was located here, which moved to a new building on Tereshkova Street in 2020.
The two-story administrative building belongs to an object of the third category of historical and cultural value "Development of Suvorova Street". If historical documents are to be believed, the building was constructed in the early 19th century.
Overall, the building is well-preserved and is a striking example of ordinary classical-style development.
