Vitebskoblимущество Committee: Barracks in Novopolotsk Sold for a Base Value for Housing and a Polyclinic

On April 13, two former barracks located at 134 and 135 Ozernaya Street in Novopolotsk were sold by the Vitebskobimushchestvo committee. Their total area is 3357 and 3352 sq. m. respectively. Both barracks were put up for sale for the 8th time (they had been attempted to be sold since 2016) and were sold for the base value to a single buyer – a private organization from Vitebsk.

The sale conditions stipulate the reconstruction of each barrack into a residential building with 60 apartments, including an integrated polyclinic for 20 visits/shift and other non-residential premises.
