Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: the treatment facility of the Orsha Central Polyclinic has been sold for the basic rate

The last object sold at auction this year by the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee was a disused treatment facility of the Orsha Central Polyclinic. The sold complex includes the buildings of the food service unit, treatment, surgical, and obstetric-gynecological departments (total area 3291 sq. m.), as well as networks: water supply, sewage, and heating.

On December 30, the treatment facility was put up for auction for the 4th time and was sold for 198 Belarusian rubles to the sole buyer – a private company from Orsha. The new owner plans to establish the production of fuel pellets.

Also on this day, new owners were found for the headquarters building in Orsha, the price of which increased by almost 1000 times (sold for 52,000 Belarusian rubles), and the school building in the Sharkovshchyna district (sold for 28 Belarusian rubles).

All the specified objects were put up for auction with an initial price equal to the base value.

If we summarize the results of the outgoing year, it is the auctions for the base value that attract the greatest interest from buyers. Thus, in 2020, 73 objects were sold at auction for the base value, which is 52% of the total number of objects sold at auctions (140 objects in total).

Compared to the previous year, the number of objects sold increased by 32%.

Most of the objects were put up for auction multiple times before finding a buyer. Only 23% of the auctions announced in 2020 were successful – 135 successful auctions out of 582 announced.

The greatest demand was for objects located in the Orsha district, primarily due to the preferences provided for doing business in the region in accordance with Decree No. 506.

The total amount of funds received from the auction sale of unused state property in 2020 amounted to 3.5 million Belarusian rubles.
