Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: a count's estate, 20 flax factory buildings, and a recreation center will be available for purchase at auctions in December
The Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee will for the first time organize an auction for the sale of the Graf Vovzhetsky estate in the village of Vidzy-Lovchinskie, Braslav district. The auction is scheduled for December 29 with a sale price of 308 thousand rubles. The lot includes two capital structures with a total area of about 955 sq.m on the shore of Lake Dvornoye, as well as an artesian well located on the territory, with confirmed unique water quality.
The most large-scale lot will be the former production site of the Plissky flax mill, liquidated in 2017. The site includes more than 20 buildings and structures on a site of 13 hectares. The flax mill site is offered for sale at auction for the base price.
The former recreation center in Polotsk district, located 2 km from the village of Emelyaniki near Lake Turovlya, may arouse great interest from buyers. This lake is part of the Ushachi group of lakes, which are connected by rivers and are comparable in beauty to the Braslav lakes. The recreation center is offered for sale for only 34 thousand rubles.
