Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: A training building in Orsha was sold at auction

On April 6, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee sold the building of an educational complex located in the center of Orsha (at 6 Mira Street) at an auction. The educational complex with an extension, with a total area of 2345 sq. m, was put up for auction for the 5th time, this time with a 30% price reduction, and was sold for 1,051,005 rubles to a single buyer – a private organization from Orsha. 

The new owner must comply with the protection obligations, as the educational center, built in 1917, is a historical and cultural value object.

The educational center became the 21st object sold by the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee this year. All previous objects were sold at auction either at the base rate (10 objects) or with an 80% price reduction (also 10 objects).
