Vitebsk Regional Property Committee: 90 auctions scheduled for June to sell unused state property

At the same time, 62 auctions will feature properties with an initial price set at one base value. It is precisely these properties offered at the base value that attract the greatest interest.

For instance, in June, 20 shops located in the Vitebsk region will be offered for sale at the base value, along with 24 unused schools and kindergartens.

The most expensive and interesting property in June could be a sanatorium located in Braslav, situated in a pine forest between two lakes. The sanatorium will be put up for auction for the first time on June 6, and if no buyers are found at the price of 600 thousand rubles, a repeat auction will be held in June with a 50% price reduction.
