Vitebsk Regional Property Committee: Production of electromechanical equipment is planned to be organized at an unused land reclamation base in Lintupy

An asset in the Postavy district was sold to a foreign investor from England. After the bankruptcy of the Postavy land reclamation systems enterprise in 2021, the land reclamation base, which includes a material warehouse, a dispatch office, and an exchange office, was put up for auction 4 times. As a result, the asset was sold with a price reduction of 80% – for 19936 rubles.

Also at the auction, the receiving point, located 15 km from Vitebsk in the agro-town of Ostrovno, Beshenkovichi district, attracted great interest from buyers.

The receiving point with an area of 73 sq. m. was offered for only 4662 rubles. At the 13th step of the auction, it was sold for 12092 rubles to a resident of Vitebsk.

The statistics building in Verkhnedvinsk was sold. The asset was acquired with a price reduction of 70% for 189581 rubles by the sole buyer – a private enterprise from Verkhnedvinsk. The new owner plans to use the asset to expand its production activities.
