Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: 50 auctions scheduled for November

For 10 months of this year, the committee has already held 109 successful auctions, with the state budget replenished by more than 3.1 million rubles. For November, the committee has scheduled 50 auctions for the sale of unused state property. Of these, 18 are for the basic rate. Three former post office buildings, which in the future can be used as manor residential development objects, may be of interest to individuals. Moreover, they are offered for sale for only 32 rubles (one basic rate). Among the offered objects, there are many social facilities – 16 former kindergartens and schools (6 objects for the basic rate). Among the unused objects of historical and cultural value, the Carmelite monastery in the center of the town of Glubokoye, an architectural monument of the 18th century, is again offered for sale.
