Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: 47 auctions scheduled for September
In addition, the committee is putting up for auction shares in two joint-stock companies – an automotive transport and forwarding company in Vitebsk and the Eton plant in Novolukoml.
The largest real estate object offered for sale in September is the production site of the former winery on Pokrovskaya Street in Vitebsk.
The complex of buildings is located in the historical part of the city, in the area where Marc Chagall once lived.
After the plant's liquidation in 2017, the unused complex of facilities remained in state ownership, which includes an administrative building with the status of a historical and cultural value of the 3rd category.
Also located here are two production buildings, an oat cookie workshop, a wine storage facility, an alcohol storage facility, a warehouse, a checkpoint, and utility networks. The total area of capital construction is over 5000 sq.m.
A land plot of almost 2 hectares will be provided to the new owner. In accordance with the designated purpose of the land plot, it is possible to accommodate a complex of multi-apartment and private housing, or public facilities.
Over the past year, the committee has unsuccessfully put the object up for auction 7 times.
In September, the winery is offered for sale at auction with a 30% price reduction.
The largest of the objects sold in August was the school building in Chashniki, which was bought at auction for the base price by a private medical company from Russia. Based on the school, with an area of over 3000 sq.m., it is planned to open a rehabilitation center for patients with cardiological profiles.
The center is planned to be equipped with modern equipment for restoring bodily functions lost after a stroke and heart attack.
In the future, the investor is considering the possibility of expanding its presence in Belarus by creating a network of similar centers, which are intended to be located in small settlements in other regions.
In just 8 months of this year, 96 unused state property objects have been involved in economic circulation through auction sales, which significantly exceeds last year's figures.
